Criteria to Make a Claim
Qualifying claims for a refund must be made within 48 hours of product delivery. Unfortunately, after this window has closed we will not be able to refund your order and the sale will be considered final.
For damaged or incorrect items you will be asked to submit photos to support your claim.
If your claim is approved for a refund, we will send you a label to return your item to the original retailer’s warehouse. Items must be shipped within 5 days to be eligible for a refund. Your purchase will be refunded once the item arrives back at the retailer’s warehouse and is inspected.

When in-process returns are shipped straight to you, rather than back to a warehouse, we help your favorite retailers cut costs and reduce the carbon footprint created by returns. The cost savings are passed along to you. The environmental savings are shared with everyone!
